Nancy Blake has been serving residential clients and investors across Greater Tampa Bay since 2003, specializing in luxury properties and navigating complex negotiations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida International University and a Certified Negotiation designation, and is an active member of the Tampa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
